Entry forms should be submitted before May 22 at 3pm to the third floor of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Building
A shooting location is planned in the capital on May 25 from 6.30am
Only one winner will be selected and rewarded with an all-expenses-paid trip to Singapore from July 28 to Aug 3, fully sponsored by the organiser
