Child In Need of MRI SCan

About Situation:
Mohd Abd Wafi bin Mohd Akid (Two-and-a-half-year-old) have been suffering from recurrent fits for the past three months
Needs funds to undergo an MRI brain scan
According to medical officer of Ward 1 at RIPAS Hospital, the child has been admitted at the hospital a number of times and was treated with anti-convulsants
Needs an MRI scan for further evaluation at Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) - costing $900
Child's father, Mohd Akid bin Abd Rahman, is a permanent resident and holds a red identity card therefore not eligible for free medical treatment in Brunei Darussalam
The child's father is an APO police personnel at Reserve Unit 'C' Coy in Muara, while his mother Noramirah Abd Rahim is a housewife
He would rush his child to the Emergency Ward at RIPAS Hospital from Muara whenever he loses consciousness
His child would normally remain unconscious for as long as 10 minutes
