What's there at Workshop:
- Lecture covering defintions of audits, how they differ from research/surveys, its importance and necessity in primary care, its role in clinical governance/total quality management, as well as examples of clinical audits done in other countries
- Group exercise sessions where participants will demonstrate their understanding of auditing and objectives in the form of group presentations
