- Open to all Belait District residents
- Get participation forms from 11th floor of the Belait District Office
- $20 application fee will be charged - given away as charity
- Completed forms are to be placed in 'answer box' located on the first floor of the Belait District Office
- Last date for entry is 4.30pm on Thursday, May 24th 2007
- Winner will be announced on Sunday, May 27th 2007 at 4pm
