Studio Scene Services Sdn Bhd at the Kiarong complex will be auditioning local dancers,


Auditions For: Dancers ages 13 years and above
Date: April 7 at Studio Scene 2.
Open to: Students and general public
Time: 10am to 12 noon and 1.30 pm to 4pm

What to bring for the audition?

1. Come prepared with their own dance routine
2. Own attire
3. As well as a 3R size picture

The top 20 dancers are going to receive a scholarship at the studio and be part of the aforementioned group.


What is Studio Scene?

It is a dance studio based at Kiarong Complex. They have organised several shows at the amphitheatre. They organise ballet, tap-dancing, modern dance, salsa, street hip-hop classes to children of all ages. They have professional instructors that have worked and they are from Australia, UK, Malaysia and Philippines

What they aspire?

"We hope to give youths with natural talents the opportunity to explore dance and have a chance to be professional dancers in Brunei," says Managing Director, Patricia Siva

"There are untapped talents in Brunei and the interest generated by a show which was held at the Jerudong Park Amphitheatre, with more than 100 of their dancers taking part."


"Dance is a good activity that helps develop discipline and focus in a person. It is also a great way to relieve stress," she added.
