Show Your Appreciation For Your Teachers!

One thing always come to mind come September - TEACHER'S DAY!!!

I remember back then, most of us would usually do a money-collection so we can give a little something for our teachers as a token of our appreciation. I'm sure it's still pretty much the same these days, correct me if I'm wrong though...

However, for those creative minds.. here's a little something that you might want to consider giving instead. I usually prefer personalized gifts. It's more special & unique that way :)

"To commemorate Teachers Day 2006, Simpur will be giving an opportunity for all of you students in Brunei to create and dedicate original poems, posters, self-composed songs, drawings/sketches, short video (30 seconds maximum) or just a short story, to pay tribute to your best loved teachers. We encourage you students to be creative but keeping in mind also that you must make sure that it will be easy for us to show it online too.

The best original ideas will be shown online on Simpur webite. This dedication can either be from individual or as a group. Make your Teachers feel appreciated for their contribution."

Here's how to enter:

1. All entries should be emailed to myteacher@simpur.net.bn no later than 15th September 2006
2. Entry is open to all students in Brunei studying in the primary and secondary classes and also from the higher education level
3. All entry must be accompanied with the full name(s), identity card number, name of school/college and contact numbers
4. Only one entry per student is allowed
